Talk Dirty To Me
Who: Eclipsa and You
What: Communication devices
Where: Anywhere!
When: 8/15 onward
Warning: Eclipsa
[As fun as this theme park is, Eclipsa's starting to get a little bored with her job. She never was able to handle boredom and the urge to do something... not very polite is starting to rear its head.
So she decides to distract herself with a network post. That could be a smashing little adventure.]
Hello dears. Eclipsa Butterfly here. I can't help but notice that we've been lacking in certain romantic endeavors around here. Therefore, I've decided to offer my unique services to everyone looking for them. Happily married for three hundred years, with some dalliances of course, and an expert in love, I'm sure I can answer any question you might have about finding that special someone. Feel free to pop me a line, on here or in person, and I'll be happy to provide my expertise.
If you're looking for advise on the more intimate of course, I'm all for that as well.
[please don't ask about that]

Married for three HUNDRED years???

In that case, what's the secret to a long, fulfilling relationship?

I see
Also what do you do if you're shy about talking to people about your relationship but your partner seems to have no problem with it? I mean...we've only just started dating after so many years of working together. It's hard to adjust.

That...makes sense, actually.
I don't know, I'm just...nervous, you know?
[When is he not, though.]

imy friend has this crush on this guy, but the last time she saw him he was from her future and he didnt know she had a crush on him and also she was trapped in hell and he was trapped in a murder mansion and he kinda fell for another guy in the meantime and they kissed and swapped hoodies and stuffit was kinda hotanyway she's still crushing majorly on him and doesnt know how 2 deal w/ it
what do u think my friend should do???
no subject
That certainly does seem complicated. There's a couple different avenues for your friend here. The one I think most people would approve of is that your friend could try to move on, in some regard. Find someone right for her.

ishe cant find anybody as cute and funny and looks good in tight pants as him??no subject

I MEAN MY FRIEND I DONT THINK HE WOULD FORGIVE MY FRIEND IF SHE DID THAT
no subject
Well ideally dear your friend would be careful and methodical so she didn't get caught.
But perhaps that's not in her nature.
no subject
ummm yeah my friend has been described as reckless in the past
no subject
I see. Do I know them from around the castle back in Mewni or perhaps in the park? Not to violate their anonymity of course.

you got any advice on what to do when you're stuck in one place and the girl you care about happens to be not in that place, but probably back where you used to be. and you miss her a lot, but can't really do much about it. Which sucks.
there was a question in here somewhere

Many days you're going to want to find distractions. Something to keep your mind off what you're missing. Other days you'll need to find things to remind yourself of her, just to keep her in your thoughts. Maybe start writing down things you want to say to her when you're reunited. Little thoughts you've had that you'd think she'd like. Things you say in your day you want to tell her about. Everything you might forget but want to tell her. You could also list thins about her you like. Things about her that make you smile and laugh. Things you want to remember. Keeping information like that close by will make it feel like he's somewhat close by and these long years of separation are only temporary.

Writing little things down. never thought of that before

so, is that like, a thing you've done before? Been away from someone a while?

It depends on the person really. I have some coworkers who have lived much longer. Did you ever meet the goat chap? Much older than I.
no subject
... Was he a skeleton because he was so old, or is that unrelated
no subject
It probably didnt help matters. But I believe unrelated

What've you heard about it, really? No one seems to be willing to tell me much. Or maybe they just. Don't understand what I'm asking.

I believe shes been through a lot. I do hope shes recovering well enough.

I may be remembering wrong [my memory's been very weird lately, ha!] but you two know each other in your world, yes?
no subject
Yes, she's [Hm. Wait. Complicated.]
The three hundred years make exact relations tricky to follow, but she's essentially my granddaughter. I'm afraid the time muckery of her ritual experiences might mean she hasn't quite met me yet back home though.
no subject
Ohhhh. I can see how that'd be tricky, yeah. But still! You still care for her, and she has you to rely on, even if she didn't know you before now. And that counts for something. I'm sure you being here for her has at least helped her cope with a little bit of the trauma from being involved with the whole ritual business.
no subject
Well, it's good to keep track of family.
