Have you seen her?

Who: Ariel and you!
What: The search for the missing girlfriend™
Where: Around town or her apartment
When: Day after Freddie's disappearance

[Not long after Freddie's disappearance, you might find some new posters hanging around town. They're hanging almost everywhere, so it's pretty hard to miss. Pick one up and it reads:]

Have you seen this fiancee?

She has dark hair with streaks, around 5'3" and has the prettiest hazel eyes.

Last seen crawling out a window. Very upset. Still might be. Approach with caution.

If you have any info, please contact Ariel right away. Small reward available.

[Maybe you catch Ariel hanging the many photocopied photos around town. She's sniffling to herself and dragging her feet as she makes her way down the street. It's the first time she's seemed really sad since arriving. Or maybe you've seen the missing girlfriend?

Please help her.]

[ OH BOY he made it worse. That's.

...not anything new, unfortunately. At least he thinks he knows the problem this time? Probably??
]

She's not breaking anything off with you, Miss Ariel. It's the one thing she was very clear about.

[ Reassuring pat on Ariel's thumb??? Is he helping, is he fucking it up worse, HE DOESN'T KNOW. ]

She...

Freddie and I, we both.

We're bad at... Things? Emotions, I suppose--that whole, having them, it's. [ Deer in the headlights look kiiiiinda creeping in here,, ] Complicates everything. She's coming back.

[ ATTEMPT TO RETURN HUG why is everyone in his family so much bigger than him, it's ridiculous and he does NOT appreciate it at ALL,, ]

It's not a matter of trusting, the trouble is simply... she can't talk, not easily, not if it matters.

...And of course she should. The talking. That's what she's doing, working out what to say.

...I'm so sorry we're like this.
